Hilton Head, SC

We met Granny and G-Daddy in Hilton Head for a long weekend at the end of August. One of Todd's roommates from Notre Dame got married so we used it as an excuse for a mini-vacation. Lots of swimming and playing with the grandparents kept Clancy smiling. He even got a chance to drive mommy's car for the first time (in the parking lot of our condo), and get dressed up for the reception on Saturday night. He had a blast playing and dancing with the other kids. All in all, it was a great weekend with family and friends and a perfect way to finish the summer.

More summer pics

It's hard to believe our first summer back in Jacksonville is winding down. We've been playing outside, swimming in the pool, and seeing friends as much as possible. Clancy starts school two days a week after Labor Day, and before he knows it baby brother will be here! He has been practicing being a big brother with a baby doll, but it looks like he still has some work to do.

Happy 2nd Birthday!

Clancy had a great 2nd birthday party with all his new (and old) Jacksonville friends. His favorite gifts were, of course, his new bike and his cozy coupe car (thanks grandparents)!

Visit from Madilynn

We were fortunate to have Mary Catherine and Madilynn visit for a week in August. The kids had a blast swimming and going to the zoo, beach, etc. It was a great trip and we can't wait to see them again!
