Todd had an opportunity to meet up with Courtney and Clancy in Jacksonville, FL for the last few days of their trip. We stayed with Granny and G-daddy at Jim and Anne's house in Ponte Vedra. It was a great trip and we got to see Uncle Jimmy and cousin John as well. Clancy had rice cereal for the first time and we all got to be there for the experience!

Clancy got a lot of quality time with Aunt Carol in Charlotte and Gigi (his great-grandmother) in Fayetteville.

Clancy's second trip to North Carolina!

Clancy and Courtney made another trip to North Carolina to see the family. He got to spend lots of time with Granny and G-daddy!

Clancy is getting to be quite a talker. He has a habit of stopping as soon as the camera comes out, but we did manage to catch a few short clips.

Nana and Papa's visit

Nana and Papa had a fun visit with us last week. We took a trip to Fredericksburg in the Hill Country of Texas, and spent a night in Austin where we saw Clancy's Great-Great Uncle Jim. We also met Grandma Jean's cousin and her son and family. Finally, we had a chance to visit with Courtney's friend Tanya and her husband Brandon, as well as their daughters Abby and Charlotte. Overall, we had a great trip and got to see a side of Texas that is very different from down here on the Gulf coast.

Nana and Papa had a great time with Clancy. As an added bonus, they are great babysitters!

A hike in Hill Country

We took a hike to the top of Enchanted Rock while in the Hill Country of Texas. It's the second largest granite rock formation in the US (still haven't found out where the largest one is).
